According to the requirements of EU RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU), the products of JSCJ comply with the limit standards of the EU RoHS 2.0 directive(Pb<1000ppm、Cd<100ppm、Hg<1000ppm、Cr6+<1000ppm、PBBs<1000ppm、PBDEs<1000ppm、DEHP<1000ppm、BBP<1000ppm、DBP<1000ppm、DIBP<1000ppm). Some products use lead containing high melting point solder or lead containing chips in their production processes, which comply with the exemption clauses of the RoHS directive: 7(a): Lead in high melting temperature type solders (i.e. lead.based alloys containing 85 % by weight or more lead). ; 7(c)-I: Electrical and electronic components containing lead in a glass orceramic other than dielectric ceramic in capacitors, e.g. piezoelectronic devices, or in a glass or ceramicmatrix compound.
According to the requirements of EU REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, The products of JSCJ have no volatile substances or intentionally released substances, and are not directly exported to the EU as chemical agents. Therefore, they do not involve (pre) registration issues and fully comply with the EU REACH regulation and its subsequent amendments. And our company guarantees that except for a few products with lead content greater than 0.1% that need to be reported, all other products meet the current limit standard for substances of high concern (SVHC) with a content less than 0.1% in goods. With the continuous update of the REACH SVHC list, if other SVHC substances with a content greater than 0.1% are found in our products in the future, we will promptly notify them in accordance with the requirements of REACH regulations; If the export volume of products containing SVHC substances exceeds 1 ton/year, our company will register with the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) in accordance with REACH regulations.
According to the requirements of halogen IEC 61249-2-21 2003, all JSCJ halogen-free products meet the limit standards for halogen requirements(Br<900ppm,Cl<900ppm,Br+Cl<1500ppm). Some products use halogenated compound in the production process, our company will actively promote halogen-free products for such products.
According to the requirements of the EU POPs Regulation (EU) 2019/1021, The products of JSCJ meet the limit standards for restricted substances specified in the POPs Regulation
According to the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) in the United States, The products of JSCJ do not contain any restricted substances controlled by TSCA regulations.

(www.responsiblemineralsinitiative.org). Allsuppliers shall source the minerals from smelters &refiners who have been validated by the RMAP auditprogram.Smelters & refiners who are not RMAPaudited shall be removed from the supply chain.
