Recently, Jiangsu Academy of Science and Technology for Development  and Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology jointly launched the Nanjing Top 100 High-Tech Enterprises of 2022, and Changjing Technology once again topped the list.

Changjing Technology has always been dedicated to researcha and development in the power semiconductor field, and has been rated as one of the Top Ten Power Discrete Device Enterprises in China's Semiconductor Industry by the China Semiconductor Industry Association for four consecutive years. It has also successively won honors such as Little Giant enterprise, which honors companies which demonstrate exceptional innovation, specialization and strategic importance, as well as the Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises in Nanjing, and the Nanjing Innovative Leading Enterprise award.

Changjing Technology focuses on the core technology of power semiconductors and strives to innovate. In 2023, the company successfully passed the Jiangsu Provincial Key R&D project, Key Technology Research on Low Power, High Reliability Superjunction MOS Devices undertaken by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The research and industrialization of new energy vehicle grade chips by Xinshun Microelectronics has been successfully approved as a scientific and technological achievement transformation project by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The company's efforts in transferring the related research and development achievements has been recognized by the relevant authorities.
